Shipping Policy

Our goal is to run our business as sustainably as possible without compromising on quality. For this reason, we partner with select printing and print-on-demand companies who are also committed to sustainability and quality.

Print on demand, particularly, reduces waste and carbon emissions by producing only what is ordered and then shipping directly to the customer. There are no additional shipping costs, warehousing of inventory, or overproduction.

📚 Books, Journals & Stickers

For US orders,  we will ship directly from the US if we have stock at our office.  We will ship within 1-2 days. Shipping takes 2-5 business days.

If your order is from the US but we don't have stock, or if the order is from Canada, the UK, or Australia, it will be made-to-order. Production time is about 5-10 business days. Once printed, we ship orders from the US, Canada, Australia (softcover only), and the UK directly from printing facilities in those countries. Shipping times will vary from 3-5 business days, so you can expect your journals to arrive 10-14 days after your order.

We ship orders from all other countries from the UK. Shipping times may vary from 10-14 days or more, depending on the location. We appreciate your patience.

🧵 Merch

For our merch (t-shirts, etc.), we work with various print-on-demand companies depending on where you are based and what you ordered. Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order.

You can track shipments with the link in your order. If you order a combination of books and merch, you will receive multiple email messages with different tracking info from the various print-on-demand partners. Please keep an eye on your email for those confirmation messages.
