The Alice Journal: A Journey to Your Wonderland is a guided journal to support your journey toward your dreams, inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

My Story

In the summer of 2025, I was going through a difficult time. I lost sight of my dream.

I didn't know what to do next, so I picked up my favorite book, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

As I re-read Alice, I had a new experience with the story, almost as if I was reading it for the first time.

After falling into the rabbit hole, Alice was trapped in the great hall. I identified with her struggle to get out and felt her pain. Then, new layers of meaning unfolded.

Alice's journey encouraged me and helped me to reconnect to my dream. I was inspired to recreate the magical time and space where I accompanied Alice on her journey to Wonderland.

And so The Alice Journal was born.

What is The Alice Journal?

The journal focuses on the first three chapters of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, which this journal calls “Alice’s Journey to Wonderland.” These chapters describe how Alice gets trapped in a long hall and struggles to escape. This part of Alice’s story corresponds perfectly to the journey of those who pursue their dreams.

This journal presents Alice’s journey in 29 steps/themes, each on a two-page spread. The left page features an excerpt from the original text with a whimsical original illustration; the right page is the journal page that contains the step title, a brief summary, and one or two prompts to stir your thoughts and reflections.
